1.What is your MOQ?

Usually our MOQ is 500-1000 pcs. But we accept lower quantity for your trial order.

Please feel free to tell us how many pieces you need, we will calculate the cost correspondingly,

hoping you can place large orders after checking quality of our products and know our service.

2. Can i get samples?

Of course, we usually provide existing sample for free, you just need to pay the express freigh .

however a little sample charge is needed for custom designs.

Sample charge is refundable when order is up to a certain quantity.

3. How long is the lead time of the samples?

For existing samples, it takes 2-3 days. They are free.

If you want your own design, it takes 5-7 days, subject to your designs whether they need new priting screen, etc.

4. How long is the production lead time?

For small order, around one week. For large quantity, around 30days. We have large production capacity, which can ensure fast delivery time even for large quantity.

5. How many colors are available?

Tell us the pantone color code you need. We will match it.

6.What is your payment term?

T/T. Paypal. West Union , Etc. 30% deposit, 70% balance .
